i was thrilled with the apartment's layout. the grounds were also very accessible! the front desk staff was really decent, and the cleaning and security teams were super. i loved that everything was clean.
no fresh towels were available. we had asked multiple times.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They provided excellent service. The location is great with restaurants nearby. The pool and sunbeds are amazing. I found a relaxing space to unwind.

the apartment felt big enough for my family. it was clean on arrival too.
i was disappointed with several aspects. fresh towels was not available, despite my requests. also, there was no one who spoke english at reception , made communication difficult and complex. it was not easy getting basic needs met.

i found the condo spacious, clean, and well-kept! the pool was large and super clean. it was close to the beach and other local attractions. rashid at the reception was very helpful, he really were really good .
i noticed the lift wasn't working during the night, something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues.

The reception staff were helpful and polite . They always looked available. mahdia, especially, stood out for her amazing assistance. It was reassuring to know help was readily available. security also contributed to a secure, cute environment.

There are two swimming pools, including one deep pool and a separate one for children. Both looked well kept. the hotel features round-the-clock security. It provides a sense of safety and comfort. the gated community adds an extra layer of exclusivity.
